From click to cash, on one system

Acquisition, capture, engagement, commerce, and delivery are one journey. Running them on five systems breaks it exactly where the money is.

By the ZAFROI team

Marketing spends to create demand. Sales works to capture and close it. Operations delivers what was sold. Finance bills and collects. On an org chart, those are four departments. To the customer — and to the P&L — they’re one continuous journey, from the first click to the cash that clears.

The problem is that most companies run that one journey on four or five systems that were never designed to meet. So the questions that matter most fall into the cracks between them:

Which campaigns actually produced revenue — not clicks, revenue?

Where did this deal slow down, and who owns the next step?

Is the thing we sold on time to deliver, and did we get paid for it?

You can’t answer those from any single tool, because the answer lives across all of them.

One connected funnel

ZAFROI models the whole journey as one system, stage by stage:

Growth creates demand across channels. Experience is the branded surface it lands on. Intent captures and qualifies it. Engage nurtures and supports. Kosh turns a won opportunity into a contract, an invoice, and cash. Operations and Workforce deliver the work and the people behind it. And Intelligence measures the outcome — then feeds it back to Growth, so the next rupee of acquisition is spent on what actually worked.

Because every stage shares one model of the business, the hard questions become ordinary reports. A captured lead carries the campaign that won it, so spend ties to revenue by construction. A closed deal carries into delivery without re-entry. A late payment is visible against the work it was for.

That last arrow — Intelligence back to Growth — is the point. Acquisition optimized against revenue, not clicks, is only possible when acquisition and revenue live in the same system. Connect the funnel, and the loop closes.
