These Terms govern your access to and use of the ZAFROI platform and products. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The service
ZAFROI provides a multi-tenant commerce operations platform comprising Operations, Engage, and Workforce products on a shared control plane.
2. Accounts & access
You are responsible for your account, your users, and the actions taken under your tenant. Access is governed by the roles and permissions you configure.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Fees are based on the products, modules, and usage you activate, billed per your selected term. GST applies as per Indian tax law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to breach tenant isolation, or use it to violate applicable law.
5. Data & governance
Your data is yours. We provide export and erasure tooling (DSAR), an audit trail, and time-boxed support access — see the DPA.
